Haleigh Foster

Haleigh has practiced aesthetic medicine for nine years, building a clinical foundation that

began in the ICU and expanded through plastic surgery and aesthetics. In 2020 she completed COVID relief nursing in New York City before relocating to Los Angeles. She is a national trainer for Revance Therapeutics, supporting advanced injection education for providers across the country.

At Pier Medical, Haleigh serves as Clinical Director and Partner, overseeing all clinical protocols and leading the practice’s medical weight loss program. Her approach is grounded in anatomy and proportion, with a focus on outcomes that are natural and built to last.

When she is not in the office, you can find her on Pier Ave with George, her golden retriever, and unofficial practice mascot.
