Comprehensive Initial Consultation
Your first visit includes a complete medical intake, fasted lab panel, facial skin analysis, and body composition review. Your provider builds a personalized plan — not just a prescription — before anything is ordered.
MEDICATION
Compounded GLP-1, Dispensed In-Office
Tirzepatide or semaglutide compounded with B12, prescribed for your current stage and titrated over time. Dispensed through our clinic. Every refill reviewed by your NP before it goes out.
TEACHING
In-person Injection Training
We teach you exactly how to inject before you leave. You demonstrate back to your provider so there's no guessing at home. Technique, timing, storage — covered in full at your pickup visit.
FOLLOW-UP
Monthly Check-ins Included
Progress review, dose adjustment, and refill are included in your monthly membership. No additional charges for follow-up visits. Your NP stays in the loop every step of the way.

CONSULTATION & LABS
Full medical intake, facial and body analysis, fasted lab panel ordered. Your NP reviews everything before your prescription is written.

LABS CLEARED, RX WRITTEN
Once your labs are reviewed and you're cleared, your NP writes a custom prescription sent to our compounding pharmacy. Medication is dispensed through our clinic.

PICKUP & INJECTION TRAINING
You come in to pick up your medication and learn exactly how to inject. You demonstrate to your provider before you leave. No guessing at home.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Monthly follow-up, dose review, refill, and skin check-in — all included. Your membership auto-renews and your provider stays with you throughout.
